Triple Diamond Group, Valuation One, Foothill Lending VERY DISHONEST COMPANY AND NO HEART !! Tim Thibodeaux/ Madeline Scott California

Tim Thibodeaux, Coldwell Banker Triple Diamond, Foothill Lending and Madeline Scott are all shady.  Tim fronts as a "Christian Man" however beware of his nice guy approach and "trust me" personality.  Beware as an employee he doesnt like paying what he owes if things dont go his way.  Many have tried to sue him, but he hides assets and himself from getting served.  There are many people that have crossed his way and felt backstabbed.  He is out for himself and no one else.  So Josh, hasnt reached that point yet.  I feel sorry for Tim, because one day he will be alone and without friends.  This is a short life Tim, be careful who you hurt.  He comes across as a layed back casual guy, he is financially set and comes across as "wow" this guy is down to earth, but careful!  This is not slander, this is fact. 

I am not the owner but I do work at this company. To say that they violate any laws without proof or recent DRE actions against them is slander. It's one thing to leave a company because you don't agree with them but to sit here and write post after post attacking someone is pretty lame.

To anyone else that reads this please check this place out for yourself. Any Real Estate company requires you as the individual to generate your own income, thus some people get mad when their work doesn't hold their hand and do everything for them. I know many people here that are happy and have been here for years.

This company, if you want to call it that, is very unethical. They do violate a lot of labor law and real estate CA law. I personally did not want to hang my license any longer after getting a glimpse into the inner workings of this place. The owner is also very nasty to people. The turnover of agents speaks for itself. I have nothing to lose by writing this rebutal. I was there for about a year and just speaking about what i saw.

What a joke, I love when people "call out" a company and then attack them with lies and slander. I know these people personally and have worked with them for a long time and what has been reported hear is completely false. As business owners they are more than fair to people that work with them, and as individuals they have demonstrated a great deal of love and concern for people within the company (they even helped someone out with a place to stay while He got his life on track).

Overall a great couple and company that I would recommend to anyone!
