Tru Farm CBD.com (844-201-0351) CBDHEALTHY 866-468-0498 They charged my credit card for items i did not order and would not cancel or give crefdit. Arizona

This site is selling CBD products and is fraudulently adding items to the order placed online. After submitting an order for 1 item listed at $39. my credit card was hit wit two charges. One for $34.11 and one for $215.68. Within 5 minutes of placing the order and receiving a copy of the invoice i called them (866-468-0498) and requested that all the other items added be taken off and my card be credited. The person i spoke with was very rude and insisted that the order could not be canceled or the added items be removed and a credit given. 

She evevtually agreed to give a $107 credit then and another credit of $107 if i refuse the shipment on arrival or if i return it.  The total charges were $249.79. Minus the credit of $107 keft a balance of $142.79 of which i am told i will only get another credit of $107. This leaves a balance of $35.79 which i will nevere get back.

They could never shipped the product by the time i called to make a protest. (Within 5 minutes of placing the order). The appropiate this for a ligetimate businees to do would to have canceled all the items not ordered and credit that amount. It is evident at this point that this company is engaged and practicing fraud.

There online ordering process should include a review of invoice detail before final submittal of an order. They clearly intend to deceive and commit fraud in my opinion.
