Without equal, Tufts is the WORST Health Insurance company in the country. They routinely refuse to cover Federal Affordable Care Act mandated Preventative services. Per my Doctor they are the ONLY one to do that. Not only that, but their customer service makes an effort to be the WORST you could ever deal with.

Ridiculous hold times, repeated transfers. A useless website full of bugs an errors. Unknowledgeable staff. EVERY dealing with them is an excercise in futility. They will do everything possible to avoid paying what they're supposed to and rip you off.
