Bad service! Purchased a product I was in need of from this site and was notifed 8 days after purchasing that they were cancelling my order because they are out of stock. WTF? You couldn't have told me that before I spent all that time registering and imputting all of my personal and credit card information? Then a week later I'm still hoping every time I open the mail box it's in there. What a joke! Will NEVER purchase from them again. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

The buyer's credit card was not charged for the ANTI_AGING PLUMPER shepurchased so there was no "ripoff" as the buyer falsely implied.

Products do occasionally run out of stock at all retailers of all sizes (even at megaretailers like TOYS R US, a retailer which I am sure the buyer is very very familiar with)

The buyer was sent 2 email notices regarding the stock situation: 1. a notice the day after her purchase informing her that the product was on backorder and asking if she wished to wait for it to be restocked, and 2. a notice 7 days (not 8 as the buyer incorrectly stated) canceling the order because we had not received a response to the first email and it is our policy to cancel backorders if there is no response within 7 days.
