When the product did not perform as advertised I sent it back. The company stated that they had never received it and, since I had failed to insure it, there was no way to track it. The post master made an official inquiry to put them on their toes that they were being watched. I really accept responsibility for my failure to insure so don't be foolish when dealing with these folks. FWIW, they post, "John 3:16 " on the end flaps of their box.
