my senior neighbor had called police because a young man was making threats to her and throwing her property around the police told her to stand outside and locked my neighbors door till she spoke with the suspect first my senior neighbor. is a COPD patient and. uses oxygen daily it was very cold and in evening and snowing they didn't ask her if she was even ok or if she's cold or needed a EMS
