a employee backed into my vehicle and not one of the employees will come forward and be honest.I have to pay for the repairs,$685, out of my own pocket! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

if you check out the fine print of your rental contract,it states that uhaul is not responsible for your vehicle left on the lot.
it could have been hit by another customer and not an employee.did you actually see them do it?...no?...then you can not accuse them.
its same thing like leaving it in a wal-mart parking lot,at your own risk.

If not, how do you know it was an employee?
Could it have not been just another inexperienced customer driving a U-Haul truck?
If it was an employee, he/she would most likely lose their job if they came forward.

hey, why don't u go to icbc and file a claim that there employeee has damged your car, or even take it to the small claims court, since this is not your fault. and if you do file a law suite make to to name the manager of that branch. peace
