UCA Continental Care Multi Plan Lied about coverage

I have not had medical coverage for a few years because I cannot afford it my daughter has not gone to a well check in 2 or 3 years I got a phone call offering me medical savings plan I specifically asked about a well check and they said the well check is covered.

I would have to pay a $25 co-pay I jumped on it that same day took my daughter to her well check then got a bill saying got it was not covered under my policy. Now I am stuck with a bill I cannot afford to pay or a would have done that years ago.
