I ordered a device called Conversa, they charged me for two, said supervisor would take off the second one.

They said they would call me in 24 to 48 hours to take off the second one, they never called I called six times.

After reviewing the remarks from customers this device has been known to melt or go on fire after plugging in.

I said I'm not accepting the product ,they said their charging me anyway. They lie and I believe this item is extremely dangerous.
