United Reporting Alliance wants you to send them $2.75 in check only no cash or money order. Then thay will send you a report that compiles entry details for cash awards and prizes.

They couldn't be lagit. because they dont pay you.They just provide you with complete entry instructions for independent sponsors. Funny how they wont take cash or money order. Only a check. With your name address and checking account number on it. So they could drain your bank account.
