"They are very good at what they do..."

AUTHOR: John - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 17, 2019

These scammers call people out of the blue offering money in exchange for a small "service charge" to cover "taxes" or to "validate accounts."  They are "very good at what they do" if you by "what they do" you mean calling incredibly gullible knotheads who don't know how anything involving money actually works.

The truth is, people who are capable of using their brains find these scammers Obvious and Funny, not "good at what they do."  Sorry, but if you fell for their nonsense you don't get to tell us "they were so plausible," "they were so believable," "MAN they are running a smart scam."  No, you were just really, really stupid.

A stupid person does not make anyone else Smart.
