I worked here from July 3rd to July 11 2014. I was fired because I asked that my first check needed to be reviewed because I was missing money, they didn't like that and fired me. I want to be paid the last three days I worked since their payroll closes on Tuesday. They need to pay me July 9-11, 2014. July 9th I worked from 9am-6pm and July 10th and 11th I worked from 9am-5pm. |

Yes Kenia was let go from our company. The full reason was job abandonment. We close our lines at 5:01 P.M. On that particular Friday we received our checks early at around 2:00p.m.. Kenia opened her check and found a discrepency. Instead of Kenia waiting till either a break or after work, She went to the Supervisors office and didnot answer pone calls or any of her duties until her check was squared away. Also we believe in chain of command, Kenia skipped her direct supervisor and went to another supervisor that was not even on site. She was let go that day at 5:01. I informed Kenia her check for the hours that she worked from Thursday and Friday will come on the next payroll check like we always do. We have no heard anything from Kenia after that day she was let go. The next thing we heard is that she filed a complaint with th BBB and said we refused to give her, her check. We answered that complaint which has been dismissed. We are just now seeing this in a email that we use for other business things. After all of this I ended up calling Kenia to ask her why she never came and got her check. The answer was in a nutshell: oh well.
