Unfortunatly ONLY the phone carriers themselves can "unlock" a phone. Due to the DMCA or Digital millinia copyright act only the carriers have the RIGHT to unlock a phone. YOU got scammed. Learn from this and remember, you cant circumvent the system. No matter how much YOU want to.
