I ordered 2 products from Urban nutrition through a link of Consumer Incentive Promotions. The deal was to order the products and Urban Nutrition was to report completion to Consumer Incentive so I could get a gift card. After ordering they only reported one of the two products I ordered and now I am stuck paying the postage costs for sending and returning the items.

Urban Nutrition made 2 unauthorized withdrawals from account

Urban Nutrition made 2 unauthorized withdrawals from account and on one of them I returned the product. They will not acknowledge my letters or emails. And because they have extorted money from my account I have reported these people to the attorney general and closed my debit card so they can't rip me off anymore. So I encourage everyone that got ripped off by Urban Nutrition to send a letter of complaint to the:

If any of you choose to file a complaint make copies of your receipts and unauthorized withdrawels and send them with your letter. It's better to send letters rather than emailing a government official. That way their will be proof on paper.
I hope Urban Nutrition is put out of business.

We have used incentivized strategies to introduce our product to a greater number of people. Occasionally, someone will not receive the 'free gift' that they are seeking when they sign up for one of our offers along with many other offers. Urban Nutrition always contacts the incentivized marketers to ensure proper credit when one of our products are purchased.
There are a few reasons why the credit may not be issued. Either the order was not placed via the direct link provided at the promotional website or there was a communication error between servers.
It is our policy to always report purchases to the promotional website when there is evidence of this occuring. After checking our files, we cannot locate the issue this customer has raised based on the information we can gather from this posting.
Our return policy does stipulate that S&H fees are witheld from refunds, except in cases in which there is any sort of error on our behalf. At the time that this situation arose, this must have been deemed as an error that was not caused by any actions of Urban Nutrtion.

I am sorry that you had to experience our horrible customer service but unfortunately we are a very small operation and we cannot afford to give refunds to anyone. We often scam customers out of their refunds and jsut keep doing business. We do not care about customer complaints or the BBB and laugh at all you idiots. If you are smart than you would dispute the charge on your credit card because than we cannot stop you from getting your money back. But if you try to do that than you will never be allowed to do order our wonderful products again!!
