Fortunately i did my due diligence and discovered that Tracy Karen or Jill is still same company as AZ CONSUMER JUSTICE RECOVERY as one should Google it before even contemplating this scheme. However I was happy to find out from the Federal Trade Commission that its ILLEGAL to take an upfront fee for lost money so due your due diligence.
