a man named fredrick harbor keeps contacting me on my email saying i owe 920.00 of a payday loan that i already was ripped off on when i gave them money....threatening me that they will sue n bring leagal action against me. which i know is false but they hace my information and i dont know what to do..

Either you got a loan or you did not. You would know if you got a loan no one forgets that so if you did not get a loan just mark those emails as spam and forget it. If they call tell them you are calling the FBI and you curse thier family with camel feces and hang up the phone.

Now how that got your info is you at one time or another applied for an online loan which is the biggest mistake ever but as long as you have not authorized any charges you should be safe just ignore the scammers.
