had been contacted to talk w/ my husband i talked and the guy gave me his name ben richards and told me i could qualify for a grant theyd send me paperwork and the cd for a wopping1.95 cents give me a fake phone number refused to give me an address he told me bad conection i was on my house phone!i hung up and called the number he give and it was to a card services they answeres ? about prepaid cards they never heard of him or helped with govt grants go figured
