U.S Grant Treasury Deartment Warren Thomas, Rex Tyler Told me I would recieve the amount of 8400 dollars from the u.s treasurary department for being a outstanding citizen if I gave them my bank information Washinton District of Columbia

 I reacived a call yesterday say I was chosen out of 69 people to recive 8400$ from the U.S. Grant and Treasury Department. I was stupid and gave them my info because I could use that money. I had to go to Western Union and and send 211 dollars to a country of my choice to as a donation and I would get my money. Then someone else called me and said they were from Bank of America in New York and said I need to send them 498$ deposit fee but i would be reamburst the money and would recieve a total of 8900$ I would recieve the money in 15 mins. So I checked and I didn't reacieve the money.
