USA*Acornvipinsider Apparently they slammed my credit card account for a membership to some club they run. I have no idea what service they suposedly provide. OH

I received my visa charge card statement today and a charge in the amount of $16.77 was listed. I couldn't figure out who or what these guys were so I called their 888-3890129 and spoke with "Victoria", who agree to cancell a membership they were billing me for. I suspect it's some type of shopping discount club. I didn't sign up or agree to any such arrangement. Now I am waiting to see if they properly acknowledge cancelling the membership and refunding the $16.77. My other concern is that they had my charge card # and my email, so it must be linked to some affiliated vendor.
Anyway, watch your statements carefully because these outfits use unscrupulous tactics to acquire accounts without the cardholder knowin
