Vermont Country Store refunds Other

Ordered address book refills but the refills were not the one's pictured so returned but received no reply after several phone calls. Contacted the credit department to get the charge reversed which was done after 30 days and then received a check from Vermont minus the re-stock or shipping charge called the company and told them I would hold the check and why would they charge for a mistake on their part and they could not answer, do yourself a favor and order from a different company. This company's " Folksy " appearance is nothing but a ruse to get you to buy.
