I visited the site VINSEARCHUSA.COM after following the links for a FREE VIN VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT. On the site the Statement is Free Vehicle VIN History Report.

After Registering it states that there is a $1.00 Credit Card Charge to verify your credit card and that other VIN Search sites that have completely free VIN Searches are reporting fraudulent information and it is impossible to have an accurate "free VIN Search".

When the Report was received, it contained no information in each of the catagories only stated "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE". The following day when i checked my credit card activity there was not only the $1.00 charge but also an unauthorized $18.95 causing me overdraft fees because it was totally unexpected and unauthorized.

After contacting Customer Support via email at Support@VINSEARCHUSA.com i immediately received two text messages from 1-302-597-9155 stating: "Your order was cancelled today and you will no longer receive any further charges. Please call me at 855-803-3397 if you have any questions.Andy Wright Manager." followed by a message from 1-302-367-7153 stating: "I want to apologize on behalf of our company. You were successfully refunded today. Call me at 855-803-3397 if you have any questions. Andy Wright, Manager."

No refund has yet to post to my account and it has now been 17 days and counting.

...because if $18.95 caused you to overdraft, you really have nobody to blame but yourself. Stop using your card if you live that close to the margins.
