Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have had too many problems to name. Software, hardware, customer service, technical support, You name it. Basically, I bought a computer May 2003. I have had nothing but problems with it. Most of the features that I purchased the computer for, never worked. And now it is completely down. Money down the drain. Has anyone had any luck finding a class action lawyer? I can provide a detailed problem log. If so please post.

good computer or just lucky

bought my computer about 1 year ago.last year hooked it all up and turned it on.it worked from day one.
digital camera works as well and i might add with the software. have all software working fine.
had a dvd drive replaced in august for no audio. i called service and within minutes talked to a person.
he ordered me a new dvd drive and in 2 days it came in the mail.
the next week it was replaced by a man who was authorized by viscom to do it.
viscom gave me the number to call him locally to set up the appt.
so did i get a good one or just lucky? thanks for reading
