Wall Stree Venture Capital Joseph H. McAndrew Scam Artists New York, New York

Ms. JoAnne Panek Hortman of AMS Capital Group,Ashcroft Mortgage of 817 Abbot Road,Buffalo, New York. and also a Captain in the Coast Guard Auxilliary in Buffalo, New York attepmted to obtain financing for a nursing home owner with presented documents including a deed that could not be vetted. Wall Street Venture Capital accordingly passed on the opportunity.

"Captain" Hortman who has never visited our office requested a commission letter for her "services" which was granted to her for 30% of the net commission. Her unsubstantiated allegations were then posted herein and a request to the State of New York, Banking Division at 1 State Street, New York, NY,10004 was made to determine her lisense status.

On December 22, 2010 the Assistant Deputy Superintendet of Banks responded that "Captain" Hortman's Mortgage Broker Registration was permanetly expired and removed from the brokers list. The Unlicensed Captain has unjustly responded using false documents in a financial transaction which violated NY State Law and did so recklessly while ignoring the requirement to be lisensed under NY State Law.

"Captain" Hortman in fact is the "scam artist" and "rip off perpatrator" as her actions portray a very cavalier posture towards the law and financial dealings.Wall Street Venture Capital has maintained possession of the mentioned documents and will be happy to display them to any applicant. On our Linkedin page we have received of 1400 positive endorsements. 

 Ms. JoAnne P. Hortman(who identified herself as a "Captain in the Coast Guard Auxillary)  in Buffalo, NY prtesented a financial transaction to Wall Street Venture Capital in 2010. Ms. Hortman never appeared in our office but had her clients travel from Florida to be interviewed by our attorney. Ms. Hortman requested and received a commission agreement from Wall Street Venture Capital to pay her 30% of our net if the deal closed. An origional of that document is available for examination.

Following a legal examination of the nursing home deed it was determined that it was not capable at the time of being colleteralized and our board passed on the deal. Ms. Hortman's conduct following the rejection was largely fueled by her disapointment in not receiving the commission slated for her. There was never any money exchanged between her clients and Wall Street Venture Capital.

Following various episodes of "TheWoman Scorned" by "Captain" Hortman we contacted the supervisor of the New York State Mortgage Division on November 17, 2010 and received from the State of New York, Banking Division a jurat from the Assistant Deputy Superintendent of Banks stating that Ms "Captain" Hortmans registration was permanently expired.
