Walmart replacement plan by asurion Lied Olean New York

Walmart employee talked me into buying the replacement plan. Said especially since it's a for my son.. if anything happens to it then they will replace it. So the stand was really loose... amd we came home one day to the tv on the floor. I spent hours on phone back and forth between manufacturer AMD replacement plan over a period of a couple weeks with everyone telling me the other party is responsible! Finally I speak to someone who says physical damage isn't covered! Only electrical.. that's not what I was told when I boughtthe plan! By this time it was a week to late to return to Walmart(passed 90 days)...
