Kevin Doncaster is using a NON-PROFIT status to RIP-OFF his fellow Veterans with PTSD by claiming to supply Service Dogs and collecting $10,000's of dollars in donations as well as charging our United States Veterans a $100 Application fee in hopes that they be given a SERVICE DOG, but infact only supplied a few dogs and most of which were only puppies NOT SERVICE DOGS.... This is horrible how he defrauds his fellow veterans.
