I agree, this bank holds checks and I found out the hard way after I received an NSF notice. I called the jerks and found out because it was an out-of-state check, it was placed on hold. (I work in NJ, live in NY) I've never heard of this, nor have I ever had a problem with any other bank before. This is total bull****! I intend to keep calling to demand the charges to be reversed and go to the bank and demand to speak to a manager. Then, I will pull all my money out and never look back. How many more ways can these banks screw us?
