wax Spa of miami beach was a nightmare. I asked for hypo-allergenic cream and they use chemicals that forced me to doctors office. I have now severe rash on my legs for 4 days and it hurt very much. I contact by phone to explain and they refuse to let me speak to owner. I was in a lot of pain and am afrid to get my legs waxed by anyone ever agin. I dont want this to happen to any woman so pls check the spa you use and dont use this one. itll save you pain.

It is very hard to respond to someone who is making up the stuff, but we will try. Very nice report by Ruzqueen of Sunny Isles, Florida trying to pretend she/he doesn't speak English Submitted: 1/30/2009 12:12:37 AM and Modified: 1/31/2009 11:28:39 AM. Even nicer is the Consumer Comment Submitted: 1/31/2009 10:44:32 AM and Modified: 1/31/2009 11:28:39 AM which is the same time as the original report and right after Wax Spa left a report for Two Mundos Magazine for ripping us off. Nice going Jeanette Dove...Why don't you reveal your real name so we can check in our database if you are a real customer and not a rip off artist
(search Two Mundos Magazine).

On the original waxing report subject... what do you mean by "I asked for hypo-allergenic cream and they use chemicals"? What do you mean by chemicals? Did you ever wax in your life to begin with? Also, if you "I contact by phone to explain and they refuse to let me speak to owner". What did you mean by that? Owner is the one who answers the phone most of the time. Also, this is a ripoffreport and you were never riped off. If you would like to speak to the owner (provided you are a real person) you can always call him at 786-223-9449. I am sure you never will, because you don't exist.

Wax Spa doesn't pretend to be better than other places in South Florida, we are Better than other places and it has been proven by winning "Best Hair Removal" in Miami Two years running.Do you think Wax Spa's customer service is diminishing or you know so by being our loyal customer and seeing the decline in service yourself?
Also, there is nothing strange about the lenghty reviews. People like us and they would like to express their positive feelings in comparisson to some people who love to bad mouth good and honest places even if they know nothing about them.
My 8 year old would never say "one person can spend all day talking about themselfs". What does this mean? You have to talk about yourself all day to get lenghty, positive reviews? Come on, grow up... Even if we wrote all this positive reviews we wouldn't be able to vote for ourselves to become the Best two years running.Where is other complaints we have? Did you mean the ones we wrote on this very site about Two Mundos Magazine and Cherryone website company who was trying to steal our money?
On the subject regarding: "It seems when someone complains about them, they immediately answer back with arogance. instead of asking the customer how we can help you they just snap back". We don't answer with arrogance, instead we just protect ourselves from phonies like Ruzqueen of Sunny Isles, Florida and Jody B. Miami Beach, Florida U.S.A. Also, you can't ask the customer "how we can help them" if WE DON'T KNOW YOUR REAL NAME. I am sure you got the hint. You see when you are the best you get attacked by a lot of people/competitors trying to damage your reputation. How can you even talk about us if you never been here? Do you do this all the time because you are bored and depressed with your life or someone asks you to do it? Like I said before if you are real (which we doubt) you can always call me at 786-223-9449. See...we don't hide like you guys and don't make false allegations.

I was checking for information on Wax Spa in Miami Beach and ran into several complaints on Rip off and on other review sites. I think Wax Spa's customer service is diminishing. They have a lot of daily reviews and it seems very strange to have so many lengthly review. My friend told me that could be someone from the company giving themselves positive reviews. It's not hard to do. one person can spend all day talking about themselfs. But check out the other complaints they have. It seems when someone complains about them, they immediately answer back with arogance. instead of asking the customer how we can help you they just snap back.
