THERE IS A CEASE AND DESIST MOTION

 THERE ARE 3 sepertley liscensed WAYNE WALLACE APPRAISERS. ALL OF THEM ARE DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND LISCENCED. THERE IS NO SUCH WAYNE WALLACE JR APPRAISER WITH A SILVER SPRING ADDRESS.

No lender or homeowner should go anywhere near Appraisal Services and Development, Wanye Wallace Jr or Kathleen Wallace.  They run an appraisal mill where they turn over swarms of appraiser trainees and other unlicensed personal whom they send out to do the inspections and write the reports.  You never know which "Wayne" you are going to get, in my years as an agent I've seen at least 5 people from their company claiming to be "Wayne Wallace" and 2 "Kathleen Wallace"s.  So they send out trainees or other unlicensed people pretending to be them to all types of appraisals HUD/FHA, conventions mortgages, private appraisals, everything!  This is major  mortgage fraud and they will likely all end up in jail soon. Who knows what other kind of fraud or illegal activities they are involved.  There is no way I would want them in my home. 

This is a false ad with no one behind it. please investigate and remove from your listing. name calling of dumb,dumb and the tone of this ad is  wrong.

THIS IS MADE UP. OUR COMPANY HAS NEVER HAD A BAD REVIEW. WE ARE IN GOOD STANDING WITH STATE BOARDS, FHA, VA AND FANNIE MAE.  WE ARE A TIER 1, WHICH IS A HIGHEST LEVEL LICENSE WHICH IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL LICENSE IN THE LENDING INSTITUTION. WE ARE IN EXCELLENT STANDINGS WITH ALL STATE BOARDS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SANCTIONED. WE PREFORM THOUSANDS OF APPRAISALS SINCE OPENING BUSINESS IN 1986. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE WHO DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THEIR PROPERTY VALUES HAVE FALLEN.  PLEASE REMOVE THIS ASAP AS IT HAS CONTINUED TO HURT OUR BUSINESS.  THERE IS NO MERIT IN THIS AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE MADE THIS REQUEST AND WILL SEEK AN ATTORNEY.
