After 3 days of speaking with the company about advertising issues, I was transfered to a manager that identified himself as Jason.  After our discussion, and as i told him if they did not resolve the problem I would not remove my complaint from the BBB site.  After making this statement he got very hostile and told me "if i was in front of him he would cut me, and f*cking kill you, you piece of sh*t" This is not the first time this has happened, 3 years ago I had the same issue with the same guy and was able to work out a resolution with the owner, Azim.  These types of threats and misconduct are unacceptable from a companies customer service manager.

Ok so what you are saying is it is ok when a customer demands that your company makes things right and you give them the ultimatum of doing so or you will review them that is is acceptable to provide empty death threats???  Come on now you are what is wrong with this country and its work force.

This same guy made the same threats 3 years ago when the same ultimatum was made for them to make things right, sounds like it is a company problem not a pissed off customer problem.  Under no circumstance should a company employee respond, to even the most abusive customer, with profanity and physical harm threats..... You sir are an idiot for providing your senseless rebutal about it being ok.

From your own posts it looks like you were threatening them first. Customer Service doesnt mean that they have to put up with abuse from a customer. No business in the US would willingly allow a customer to abuse its staff. Im betting you were not the nicest person on the phone and did more then your share of button pushing to ellicit that response. Its hard for you to play the victim when ANYONE who has ever worked in Customer Service knows exactly how you were behaving. See a telephone allows you some security against personal attacks. For a employee to say anything like you accuse this individual of doing, you would have been showing your a*s in a effort to get what you want.

Oh and your type of threats are not acceptable from a customer. You were blackmailing them to get your way.
