Weiss Handler happens to be one of the most prestigious law firms in the state Of Florida, and perhaps in the entire country. This firm is top of the list when it comes to civil litigation, corporate law, family law, real estate. No one has the credibility and the knowledge that this firm posesses. I think whomever is posting these falsehoods is probably someone that doesnt know first hand how honorable these people are that make up the fine team of lawyers of Weiss Handler. No one gave this firm the status they HAVE, NO, they earned their position by being the best at what they do, and by being above board honest and fair. Its no wonder that this firm is esteemed by high ranking officials nationwide.

For the record: the nasty [false] Ripoff Report about Henry Handler/Weiss handler was written by a disgruntled person, sounds like its the husband that a judgement was placed against in a divorce case. Lewis Kasman lied in court, has been convicted of perjury while under oath, is a convicted criminal, and again, under oath in a New York court, a self admitted liar. The bar complaints filed by Lewis Kasman were dismissed by the Florida bar long ago, in fact, the complaints backfired on Kasman, the panel ruled  in favor of Weiss Handler. No one at this firm has been sanctioned nor cited for any types of cheating/stealing or lying. No one at this firm has "ripped off" anyone. Weiss Handler is one of South Florida's most prestigious law firms, the senior partners are pillars of the community, extremely knowledgable in all aspects of civil litigation and remain to be the best in the legal community. Lets see what the courts decide on this case, the "good" in society always prevail

Weiss Handler et  al are corrupt and unethical. A civil law suit is being filed against them by Eileen Kasman and her children for legal malpractice, fraud, wire fraud, perjury misrepresentations and overbilling.  Henry Handler ripped off Ms. Kasman to the tune of approx $500,000.00 and did nothing.
