I ordered a premium coverage from them and their website promises a new reader and review if you're not satisfied and they did not honor it. they just offered me $69 off my next purchase. the coverage was delivered after 72 hours and was extremely rude, kinda homophobic, and seemed very generic and not specific.

They also assigned it to a reader with an unspecified degree even though the other coverage I had from them specified where the reader got his degree from.
