Westside Car Wash Fails to be responsible for breakage Dover Delaware
*Author of original report: After thought
They broke the key to my 2012 Honda Odyssey. I spoke with the owner about it. He went to talk to the driver and the driver told him he turned the key and it fell apart in his hand. REALLY. You have to be kidding me. I told the owner if he didn't want to do anything to fix the issue I'll start going somewhere else. My son was still getting his car done and he observed the owner trying to make excuses saying the car was old. Who has ever had a key break on them. This is the second key that has been broken by this car wash. I refuse to ever come back

To expound on my earlier report on the Westside carwash breaking my key, It's not just that they broke it but the owner went to the person who drove the car and came back to tell me that the person who drove my car said the key (fob) fell apart in his hands. If this is the case, then why did he not tell us. Two people had to have driven my van, the one pulling it out of the car wash and the one who parked it after it was hand dried. Neither of these two individuals felt it necessary to mention the key was broken. The parked the van on the side of the hous and told us it was finished. When my wife got in the car she found it had been broken. Heck of a way to run a business.
