Since I posted the picture of the truck and trailer that was transported that you still have not paid the invoice on I am sure you have pictures you could post of the supposed damage.

Correct? Besides, IF there was damage then the it should have been noted on the BOL by whoever signed for the truck so an insurance claim could have been filed. Federal laws state that if there is a damage claim the freight charges MUST be paid befoe a claim can be filed. Got any more lies you want to tell?

Not even sure who this Charles Holland is as I have only dealt with the pathological liar Rick Ray. Yes we did load and unload the truck as the driver was overweight after loading. Put it on another truck a few days later. Ricky is the one who sent the payment. I certainly didn't ask for it.

Truth be known AAA septic owes me 3500$ PERIOD. Yet they want to try and trash me? When I loaded the truck that went to VA I knew I should have put that truck in storage until I was paid the 3500$ from a previuos outstanding invoice. No worries there will be a next time.
