Online purchased a leather purse for $19.95 and they took $99.95 out of my account. Then they sent me an email saying that the delivery company has misplaced my and other peoples orders and for the inconvenience I could chose a free purse.

I emailed several times and no responce. I turned them in to my bank and elsewhere. An investigation is taking place. It's a rip off and a scam and I'm tired of this going on!
