I was checking my credit card statment when I noticed a small charge that I didnt reconigze. It was only $6.95 so I let it slide thinking it would only be charged that one time.

A couple of months later I was checking my account again and saw that the same $6.95 was still being charged to my account. I decided to go through all my statments to figure out how much was actully taken out of my account. $6.95 a month adds up.

Unfortunately, because Nicholas did not provide very many individual details, we could not find an account that matched the information that was provided by him. We want to take care of the issue that Nicholas has discussed therefore, we strongly encourage him to contact our Customer Care department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US).

The charge that Nicholas describes is for an upgraded premium iFriends VIP membership. Although the regular iFriends membership is free, each customer has the opportunity to create this premium VIP membership at the time of signup. The associated monthly cost is clearly stated during the sign-up process. To be billed for this type of premium account, the customer must affirmatively elect to sign up for it. We will be happy to cancel either the premium membership or the entire account; however, as mentioned above, Nicholas did not provide us with enough information to locate his account, so we have been unable to do so. Again, we urge Nicholas to contact us directly so that we can resolve the issue.
