These people advertise vacation rentals in Manhattan. Five minutes after paying a deposit through PayPal, I was doing some research on them and discovered that this is a scam operation. They had told me that I could cancel the reservation without penalty within 24 hours, so I immediately canceled it. But they have not communicated with me or refunded my money. I had to file a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company.
