Jerome charged me 1000 to repair my credit. Did not produce any results and not ignores all phone calls He has ripped off several other friends.

They are ALL fake! The only thing these credit "repair" con-artists can do is correct any BAD information contained within your reports such as accounts you never had etc. That sort of thing you can do yourself FOR FREE. If the information about late payments, repos etc is correct, it has a right to be there and will be there!
