I order a prescription on 4/19/07 and was advised via email that it would arrive within 7-12 business days and that there is no tracking number when shipping through EMS (untrue). $269 was charged to my visa card on 4/19/07. As of 5/18/07 I have not received my prescription. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep saying the prescription has been shipped and is in transit. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company in hopes of recovering my $269.

Refund received finally (2 months later). This company is not a complete rip off as previously stated by me - please disregard my previous report as they did do as promised it just took quite a bit longer than expected.
