I downloaded the xpmedic and decided I would by it where I payed with PayPall and then waited for a passcode in unlock my new purchase..only they never sent me one and I have sent severall emails to their 'support' sight only to here nothing back...I would like to be refunded becasue I have simply nothing to show for my purchase - only a reciept from paypall.
