I have had a few problems here, won a huge amount, withdrew, then after first withdrawel, they changed my limits, and then problems started, in my free spins connections would freeze, happened on more than one occasion, couldnt get back in or retrieve spins, when I reported they said nothing they can do and will send through to RTG for investigation, to date its been months and months and i have not had feedback or compensation, only a few free spins offered with playback requirements and its not fair because my bets were max bet so i probably lost out on a lot of money,,, ive tried closing my account also on more than one occasion, perhaps 10 times now and they just refuse.
