Yellow US Pages John Beasley deceptive billing practices and services not provided New York New York

Our business was contacted for a "free trial" with advertising on the Yellow US Pages. There was supposed to be a 60 day free trial and then service could be continued if desired. We requested paper work to be sent and e-mailed before anything was to be done. Nothing was sent or faxed. A few months later we started receiving billing calls and legal action notices saying we owed $767.12. John Beasley has been relatively respectful thus far however, w ehave yet to contact him regarding our intent not to pay it and potentially report them the BBB and any other organization that deals with these types of companies.
