The mylar that I purchased for my wife on Valentine's Day was never delivered. I was told when I called that when the delivery driver got out of the vehicle, the mylar just "blew away". I was promised on several follow-up calls that the mylar was "on it's way". No mylar has been delivered. My wife called today and no return phone calls. Unfortunately, lesson learned. The business makes promises that they don't intend to keep. I'm disappointed and just wanted to share my experience so that others don't have their special days ruined.

A Wonderful Surprise

When my wife returned to her office on Thursday, February 16, 2012, she had a wonderful surprise. Three balloons were delivered along with a flower arrangement of roses. One of the balloons was huge and my wife thought they were beautiful. My wife spoke with both the delivery driver and the florist and said they were sorry for what happened. I'm really glad they set the record straight and did the right thing. I feel alot better about Yohann's as a business and would use them again in the future.
