On 6/7/2020 I paid for a "free" box of chocolates a fee of $4.95 for shipping. Three weeks later, I was billed $34.95 for a box that I never received. I called their number and was on hold for a half hour and gave up. I'm now calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.
