1. It's "prey," not "pray."
2. You forgot a group scammers like this prey on- the stupid. Seriously, I have no patience for people willing to hand money to "psychics" in the freaking 21st century.
At this point I don't think any court should even bother with lawsuits involving such scammers. You just can't save some people from themselves.

There is no such thing as a "psychic" - they are all con artists and frauds so you just gave your money away to a scammer! STOP giving money to these idiots!! Lesson learned. NO rip off.
