I originally found zibus when looking for a dropshipping service. They charged my card $19.99 and told me I had to pay $5,000 more to become their "dealer". At first, I thought these people were for real. Now I realize they are a scam.

Now there is a new web-site out SIMPLX.COM. If it looks like zibus, smells like zibus, it must be ZIBUS. I called the Simplx office and got an answering machine for ZIBUS!!!

The scam artists are hard at work again with a different name.

Linda is a liar

AUTHOR: Anna - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 03, 2006

This company is a SCAM! My sister paid this 19.99...there is NO where on the site where it says you would have to paid 3500.00 to join. Second...how dare she compare this to a college application...At least the college will tell you way in advance what the cost would be per year unlike these liars in this company hide that until some low end sales person calls you....And she has the NERVE to say the fee is for the interview? What interview...a sales man called us telling us how to join we need to send in 3500.00...What package is she talking about for $50 dollars..another lie....He told us 3500,00 dollars..what BS is that? It's a scam....a major scam!

Simplx is Most Definitely Zibus -

AUTHOR: Jeffrey - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 29, 2006

LINDA BALL IS A LIAR!!! I'm embarrassed to say that I signed up for and paid Simplx 79.99 to become a distributor, which truly only bought me the priviledge to speak with a "counselling coach/salesman. I was sent a "confirmation letter" directly from Zibus.com, not Simplx.com. My "counselling coach", who was really trying to coach me out of a start up fee of $5,000, or $250 for PI software, or 15,000 for the super deluxeo package told me himself he was a Zibus employee. LINDA BALL IS A LIAR!!! Simplx.com is also Zibus.com, who is also Mallshare.com. Please see the Feedback forum on eBay for much much much more on these pirates. BEWARE!

BTW, I was also told I could cancel or suspend my "membership" at anytime (LIE). It became such a hassle that I just cancelled my credit card.

My Contact With Simplx

AUTHOR: Vanessa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 16, 2006

I went to the simplx wesite last week and typed in the requested info, hit the button to submit my info and got stopped by a request for credit card info (to bill me $19.95 application fee). I still had unanswered questions, so I did not proceed.

I recieved a telephone call from Mark (((FULL NAME REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). We conversated about what simplx has to offer. I was advised that there was a fee of $79.95 involved to start up, which included the first months basic service and each additional month was $35.00 after that. I was certain that the website said nothing about $79.95 and when I went back and double checked the site it didnt say $79.95, it said $19.95. But even if you ad $19.95 and $35.00 together you still dont come up with $79.95.

At this point I am declining to do any business with them due to this descrepency.
I am glad rip off reoprt was available!!! Thanks to everyone who took the time to share this with everyone.

Still Haven't Explained Lack of Even General Information

AUTHOR: Jeanette - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 15, 2006

Linda has given me more information here on what Simplx offers than the site did. She hasn't once addressed the issue of the site not telling consumers what they are applying for. They wouldn't have so many applications that they need to charge to process them if they'd give even a little information. But then, that would defeat the purpose of the fee, which is to get people who aren't interested in their services to pay them just to find out that they aren't interested.

"Simplx not only provides access to our merchant suppliers to our Brokers, but we provide research tools, Mentoring, eCommerce websites and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to each of our Brokers. In fact access to the merchant network is the least of our services....... Broker Advisors who spend a great deal of time interviewing each applicant in order to determine which, if any, of our programs is right for them. Yes, we do have more than one program, starting a $50 and up, we do not have a $5,000 package."

So....... can I just get access to your drop shippers or not and how much extra will it cost me? Oh yeah, gotta pay $20 to find that out.

Oh yeah, what about Zibus answering the phone when someone called Simplx?

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 13, 2006

Ater reading this report I had to look at the companys website for myself. I saw the following under a testimonial. Is this Linda Ball from Simplx?

"Hi Nikki, I wanted to thank you for training me how to be a successful Simplx broker. I am now an eBay PowerSeller, I have spent several months making money on eBay. I love it! You taught me how to find new hot selling products within the Simplx network. I have several auctions ending each day, and I make a profit on almost every item. This is a wonderful way to make money, and I hope to make it my primary income in the next six to seven months."

Thanks!

More about the likes of Simplx

AUTHOR: Rc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 12, 2006

Linda, I found 3 reliable sources to steer people clear of your company's deceptive practices.

First of all, a Jan. 2003 report from Enterpreneur clearly states to avoid companies charging a fee to sell products via drop shipping. Simplx, and every other affiliated business under the Simplicity umbrella, is exactly the kind of deceptive business they're talking about.

Any company charging a fee just to get simple info, and then a massive price just to become part of it, is a company doomed for failure and lawsuits. You dangle a carrot for fools, a rotted carrot beneath a plating of fool's gold. You obviously think everyone's an idiot to believe any of your propaganda and hot air.

Second, check out what people who've had contact with Simplx are saying on the ebay sellers board. Simplx uses ebay as an example of how to make money using drop shipping, yet Simplx is universally slammed by the sellers they claim they help.

Third, read the reports on scam about Simplx. People who have had experience with Simplx pan it unanimously. That's not a very good record.

You say Simplx is for certain types of business people but your web site is loaded with red flags for any educated person in business. Only desperate, inexperienced people pay ANY money to be "interviewed". And only truly desperate, gullible people pay anything beyond your application fee to become involved. You just keep dangling that rotted carrot, telling us all it's so nutritious; just pay the fee and take a bite.

You admit Simplx offers "mentoring" and access to distributors. There is NO value in that. Your "brokers" have no credibility beyond that which Simplx attaches to them. A credible mentor would have to have come from a successful career (and probably still be in it) in the field they mentor in to be of any valuable to desperate people. And Simplx mentors can't be worth much if they work for a company practicing blatant deception.

Successful business people do not get involved in deceptive scams. So Simplx offers nothing of value to the desperate people. In other words, Simplx preys on the weak. You must be proud to go to work each day, stepping to your desk across the broken lives of people to lure into poverty with your massive fees and no hope of success or refunds.

If Simplx truly valued serious, honest, dilligent applicants, they'd be offering bonuses to the real qualified people who sign up, just as any other legitimate company does. Sign-on bonuses, referral bonuses, other incentives and perks to be a part of something viable, real, honest, legitimate companies value their peopple and pay to get and keep them.

Simplx obviously has no faith in their business being real, honest or legitimate so they get you for all they can up front and then let the recruit suffer with their mistake. And they have no respect for the people they interview or they'd not take unjustifiable sums for negligible, unproven services.

No objective source on the Internet contains anything but negative feedback on Simplx (and all your other incarnations and facades). That, in and of itself, should send people running from Simplx as fast as they can run. No amount of trying to use smoke and mirrors to hide Simplx's illegitimacy will reverse the fact that there is no outside source where one can get a positive report regarding Simplx.

Linda, go get a real job and live an honest life and stop screwing people our of the money they probably don't even have to spend then laughing at the fools behind their backs. Simplx survives based on P.T. Barnum's observation that a sucker is born every minute, and Simplx wants to interview him/her for a price. You know full well that Simplx is NOT good for 99.99% your recruits. Why lie?

Different Needs for Everyone

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 18, 2006

Kent,

Thank you for your information. However, different business owners have different needs.

It is true that some websites are only $35.00, there are free drop ship lists, and there are library books to teach web building and drop shipping; however, these do not necessarily meet the needs of all business owners.

Simplx is certainly not a catch-all solution for everyone. Not every package we have fits every applicant. That is why we spend a large amount of time interviewing each applicant. We match products and services to each business client in order to fit their needs. Those who have taken advantage of our products and services enjoy a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and the benefits our services provide. They do not feel they have been taken to the cleaners.

I use many of the Simplx products myself, and have experienced tremendous success, as have others in our office.

So, once again, I would like to extend an invitation to you, and anyone else who would like information, to email me at info@Simplx.com.

I have the whole story

AUTHOR: Kent - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 16, 2006

I have the whole story on drop ship companies.
I have watched profits drop as more and more people join an already flooded industry.
The huge boom of the internet has dwindled down. When actions speak louder than words go to ebay, type in flashlight or any keyword you like there will be hundreds of results and a good majority of them say see my online store. If you don't like ebay just type it in Google. There will be lots of results. Online stores are a dime a dozen. The really cheap ones usually stick you with high shipping costs. The really sad part is most of the time your local dollar store will have the same crap and it will be cheaper.

As far as suppliers. The really big ones don't want to deal with small quantities. Common sense will take over from here why would a major manufacture take the time to send one item to Joe blow in littleburg south Dakota when they can send 500 at one time to target or walmart. Shipping isn't cheap. Most large companies do not want to deal with small end merchants.
The only people making money on drop shipping our companies like simplx

Keep in mind im not attacking simplx but the whole drop shipping scam in genral.

The whole idea of drop shipping is to set it up and only worry about it when you go pick up your checks at the post office. Or at least this is what most drop shipping companies lead people to believe.

But I always have to ask the same question if these companies really are offering a fantastic opportunity. Why do they waste there time trying to recruit others to join companies like simplx. Why not use there programs themselves and relax on a nice beach somewhere.

Just once I would like to hear or read a new excuse but there always the same tired out old stories. And the sad part is there are people who will believe everything they are told.

Take some time and read other reports on this site and others about drop shipping. You will find the same hype the same dribble and the same excuses. Ive heard the one about the application fee at least a hundred times almost word for word to the simplx pitch.

Hit any work at home site they all start sounding the same the money is in getting people to sign up as far as being legitimate well there is a fine line between legitimate and moral.
Especially in Utah. As many online scams as there are in utah you would have to have had a lobotomy to join one in this state. There are so many as soon as the consumer protection agency closes one down 10 more jump up to take its place.

I really don't care if simplx has a $5000. plan or not it was just a figure I like but 15 grand give me a break.

Price for eCommerce site any where from free online site builder on up templates around $35.00

Web server with search engine submit, free shopping cart unlimited emails 50 domain with unlimited subdomains php script cgi script chat rooms guest books online forum $25.00 to $50.00 per month

Direct drop shipping list FREE

inventory pictures free

updating web inventory. A couple of hours reading Html for dummies local library free.

Reading online help for setting up your own drop shipping company free

Also drop shipping for dummies local library free
The look on your face when you realize you just were taken to the cleaners $18.95 to $15.0000

That is the whole story.

Still Confused?

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 15, 2006

Steve,

I believe you to be as misinformed as Kent. You are still confused about the application fee, and the fact that we don't list every program on our website.

First, let me restate the fact that Simplx doesn't have any $5,000 programs. Our product prices range from $50 to $15,000. The application fee pays our Broker Advisors who extensively interview each applicant to find the proper program for each potential Broker. We tailor each program to the needs of our Brokers. That is why we don't post our product pricing on the website.

We suggest products based on the applicant's needs. For example, if the applicant already has a website, then we would not recommend that they purchase a license to our iCart Commerce. How can we post every single price, every single program, on the website when each program and price differs based on the needs and desires of the applicants?

As to the application fee, it is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions that an additional investment will be necessary if an applicant would like to join our program. However, as I stated above, the investment could be as small as $50.

We are not ripping off dozens of people. Nor are we using our application fee as a gravy train. We continue to receive applications, emails and phone calls of all who are interested in joining. Most of which are neither angered, nor annoyed with the application fee or the larger package pricing.

So, Steve, I hope this helps you in your quest. Rest assured, Simplx is not a scam. And so, if you, or anyone reading this posting, are interested in getting more information about Simplx, please email me at info@Simplx.com.

NOT Simplx.com's Worst Nightmare

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 15, 2006

Kent,

I see you have consulted the Better Business Bureau regarding our company. I commend you for this. Anyone who is interested in finding out about a business should do so.

If you would care to check the Better Business Bureau again, you will find that Mr. Joshua Lee is connected to NuLife Financial, not to Simplicity Group, LLC. Mr. Lee left Simplicity quite some time ago in order to pursue his own endeavors, one of which is Zibus. His business practices did not coincide with that of Simplicity's.

It is true that Mr. Lee's name used to be on the MallShare website, however, he has not been part of that entity in almost a year. When Mr. Lee left Simplicity, he purchased a license to some of Simplicity's technology in order to create Zibus.com, Zibus, LLC's drop ship company.

Your source of information, the MallShare website, has not been an active website for almost a year. Because we have not actively promoted the MallShare product, we did not feel it necessary to dedicate company resources in updating a website we don't use. However, since your posting we have updated the website for your benefit so that it accurately reflects our current company status.

Yes, Simplx is a drop ship company. And yes, drop shipping is not the easiest way to make money. However, it is legitimate.

I did not lie about the number of applications we receive, nor did I lie about the application fee. Simplx not only provides access to our merchant suppliers to our Brokers, but we provide research tools, Mentoring, eCommerce websites and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to each of our Brokers. In fact access to the merchant network is the least of our services.

We have found that those who pay the fee are those applicants who are truly interested in making their business work. The fee does not go to lining the Boss's pockets. It goes to pay the Broker Advisors who spend a great deal of time interviewing each applicant in order to determine which, if any, of our programs is right for them. Yes, we do have more than one program, starting a $50 and up, we do not have a $5,000 package.

Yes, it is work to become a Simplx Broker. It is also a risk, just like starting any business. If the Brokers do not work, do not try, they will not make much money. However, if they work and follow through with the training we provide they can make a nice income. We have many Brokers who do make money, and who have become successful with the use of our program.

We do not guarantee a fortune to each of our Brokers. We promise them the ability to make extra money on the side as well as build up their business to eventually become their prime source of income IF they work hard to make it happen. There is no guarantee in any business venture, only opportunities for success or failure depending on the business owner's ambitions and dedication to work.

Our application fee is not a frivilles fee. I think you mean frivolous there. But a genuine attempt to find those who are truly interested in creating their own business. Information seekers are welcome, and can contact me at any time through my email address, info@simplx.com.

It is true that our contract with each Broker is binding, as is every other company's contracts. Most companies use non-disclosure agreements and non-competition agreements along with their employment contracts. How is that different from our Broker contract?

I hold true to Simplicity's belief in honesty and integrity in our dealings. Nothing I have stated in any of my posts has been a lie. If you choose to disbelieve this, that is your call.

So Kent, you aren't my worst nightmare. I value all who are well informed. However, you must get the whole story before you can claim to be well informed about anything.

Simplx just got BUSTED!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 08, 2006

Nice job Kent! After reading Linda's response to my post I was going to weight in on her distorted attempt to cover up their rip off application fee, but you did such a great job and saved me the trouble of doing so.

Linda, get a life! There is no reason whatsoever that Simplx cannot post a clear and easy to understand breakdown on their website as to what their program is, how it works and most importantly the fact that after spending $18.95 you will be looking at an investment of $5,000.00 or more!

Let's face the facts, you could easily tell interested prospects that in addition to the $18.95 there will be an additional investment of $5,000.00 to get started, BUT YOU DON'T! Why? Why, because Simplx is ripping off dozens if not hundreds of individuals everyday of $18.95 (do the math, it adds up real quickly!).

So Linda, tell us why Simplx cannot or will not add a simple statement to their website that informs interested parties BEFORE they submit their $18.95 fee that their will be a "significant" investment of $5,000 or more to become involved with your company and that for their $18.95 they will get a comprehensive interview but nothing else. Afraid your gravy train of $18.95 sales will dry up? You bet they would!

AUTHOR: Kent - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 06, 2006

Linda Ball
After reading the paper trail on this one its a little hard to understand. So would you be so kind as to clear up a couple of things?
Simplx is not zimbus. But zimbus is owned by Joshua a Lee! Simplx is owned by Simplicity Group That part I understand if I have it right
but in return Simplicity Group are

Mr Adam Wilkinson Principal
Mr Matthew Schneck - President/Coo

QueBazar LLC (former)
SimpleRebates.com
iRebates
MallShare
are all part of
Simplicity Management Group

Were Mallshare is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Simplicity Management Group with mallware being

Mr Adam Wilkinson CEO
Mr Matthew Schneck COO
Mr Joshua A Lee CAO (who is the owner of zimbus)

care to explain exactly what wholly Owned means?

If Zimbus And Simplx have nothing to do with each other then why are Mr Wilkinson, Mr Schneck And Mr lee The upper managment of Mallshare. which is owned By Simplicity. I found this information on Mallshare company info link on the mallshare web in the form of a Gif I copied it just incase it changes over night.

I wouldn't want to lose My source Of information.
Sometimes theses things are a little hard to follow what with me being an idiot and all ready to belive anything written by a company mouth piece. (This would be sarcasm just incase you missed it) And regardless Simplx is still a Dropship company

However you did pick a classic excuse on why an aplication fee

Quote
One might ask why a university or a college requires an application or registration fee, only to determine that more than 75% of those applicants will not be accepted into the school. The reason being, it takes time and effort to investigate, review and determine whether or not the applicant is qualified for the institution.
Also, we receive approximately 250 applications each day, of which only a fraction pay the application fee. Those who do not pay the application fee are not considered.
Unqoute

In a way I have to agree if you cant get the 18.95 out of them; there's no way you are going to be able to sucker them for 5 grand

But we all know its easier to make people belive a big lie rather than a little one The big lie being making a fortune with drop shipping thats not where the money is! its in opening a drop shiping company and charging people non refundable frivilles fees, under various names such as membership dues Affilate fees or gold plans blah blah blah. All backed with an ironclad contract so tight that you would have to die in order to get out of the thing.

Your worst Nightmare An informed Consumer

Simplx Is NOT A Scam

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 02, 2006

Steve

First, Zibus is not a scam. Simplicity merely did not wish to continue working with Zibus due to some of the company's business practices. All current Zibus Dealers will continue to enjoy all rights and benefits that they have always enjoyed.

Now, to address your concerns about Simplx.

1.You believe that our non-refundable application fee is a scam.

One might ask why a university or a college requires an application or registration fee, only to determine that more than 75% of those applicants will not be accepted into the school. The reason being, it takes time and effort to investigate, review and determine whether or not the applicant is qualified for the institution.

We would rather not charge an application fee. If all those who apply have the true desire and entrepreneurial spirit we are interested in serving, every one of them would be qualified. However, not everyone does qualify, so in order to find those who are more than information seekers, we require all the applicants to review the terms and conditions, fill out an application and remit the application fee, in effort to disqualify information seekers before deciding that our program is not for them.

Also, we receive approximately 250 applications each day, of which only a fraction pay the application fee. Those who do not pay the application fee are not considered.

As to merchandise, we do not sell hard merchandise. We provide our Mentoring, eCommerce websites, access to our suppliers and more. Our products assist those who wish to start a drop ship business.

You also wonder why we don't publish everything about our company in our website. We have several programs that each applicant might be interested in. Each one is different from the next. Our applicants choose their programs based on a detailed interview process with our Broker Advisors. We cannot find the right fit for each applicant based on a simple price list or brief description listed on our website.

2.You question our customer satisfaction policy.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction to each of our clients. This does not mean we automatically give out refunds for every problem a client might encounter. Our satisfaction policy means we will find any way to resolve every issue a client brings to our attention. If, after careful consideration by our management team, a client cannot find a way to be satisfied without a refund, then a refund may be issued. Regarding your request to see a list of customers who have received a refund, we have not even had ten requests for refunds.

We strive to provide the best possible customer service, training/Mentoring and guidance that we can. We believe in total honesty in our dealings, and welcome the opportunity to answer questions about our business.

So, Steve, I hope this helps you. If you are interested in further information, please contact me at info@simplx.com.

Zibus is a SCAM and SIMPLX sure looks like one too!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 24, 2006

Linda,

First, I have checked out both Zibus and Simplx and I must say both companies sure look the same. Zibus is without a question a SCAM and after checking out your company Simplx I am 99% sure you are too.

In the sake of fairness and in the public eye on this bulletin board, please address the following and prove to me and all the other readers on this board that you are not a SCAM.

1: Legit companies do not charge NON REFUNDABLE application fees, period. They make their money off selling their products or services. Why then does Simplx change a NON REFUNDABLE $18.95 fee AND you do not reveal this fact UNTIL after a person has already submitted their full name, address, phone # and email address.

Below is a cut and paste right from your site that is revealed AFTER A PERSON HAS SUBMITTED THEIR INFORMATION.

*****************
Because of the number of applications we receive each day, we have recently implemented a non-refundable $18.95 processing fee.
*****************

This fee is a RIP OFF plain and simple. Legit companies are glad to get as many applications as they can, each application is another chance for them to sell their merchandise and thus make a profit. Your company cannot possibly justify charging a NON REFUNDABLE FEE SO THAT SOMEONE CAN OBTAIN INFORMATION ON WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING!

Let's face the facts, if your company was legit, you would post all the information a person would need to make an educated decision as to whether or not they wanted to get involved with you. WHY HIDE THIS INFORMATION? Hiding this information and not clearly listing it all on your site along with all the costs associated to get involved with you EQUALS SCAM!

2: You claim you have a 100% customer satisfaction policy with all your products YET #17 of your Terms says All Sales Final. SCAM!!! You cannot come onto this public board and claim to have a 100% customer satisfaction policy and HAVE A ALL SALES FINAL POLICY in your terms. So which is it? Do you issue customer refunds when they are not happy or do you weasel out and refer to your Terms that you make everyone agree to in order to do business with you?

If you are going to claim to make everyone happy and honor your statement of 100% satisfaction guaranteed then supply us a list of 10 people who you have issued complete refunds to for your service. Surely 10 people who have paid your $18.95 were not 100% happy and thus only a full refund of their $18.95 would make them 100% satisfied.

Here is your chance to prove to us that you are a legit company and we will all be awaiting your response to the above.

Simplx Is NOT Zibus

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 19, 2006

Jacob, as an authorized representative of Simplx.com, I would like to begin by stating that we are not Zibus.com. We are not affiliated with Zibus in any way, nor are we a division of Zibus.

Simplx is a drop ship entity owned and operated by Simplicity Group in Utah. Simplicity Group is the owner and creator of specific technology and software applications that allow individuals to drop ship.

Zibus is a marketing group owned and operated by Nulife Financial. Zibus licensed technology from Simplicity in order to create a dropship company. However, Simplicity revoked all license agreements with Zibus due to marketing tactics that the management team at Simplicity does not condone.

Simplx is not a scam, nor are we a company who believes in using dishonest practices in order to make money. We are a legitimate business for anyone who is interested in dropshipping.

Jacob, as to your posting, we thoroughly checked through our records and found no record of you visiting our website, nor do we have any record of you contacting us requesting any information regarding Simplx, nor do we have any record of you calling our office. However, if you are one of our clients, we would love to help you. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every product we offer and we would love to assist you with any issues you may have regarding our service.

Jacob, if you, or anyone interested in this posting, would be interested in getting accurate information about Simplx please contact me at info@simplx.com.

Regards,

Linda Ball
