On 2-6-18 I ordered the free sample bottle and paid the $4.95 shipping fee. On 2-21-18 they charged an additional $99.99 to my account as if I had ordered more bottles.

I never authorized this trasaction. This charged caused my account to be overdrawned and my bank, Wells Fargo, charged and additional fee of $35.00. I am thus out of $134.00 that I do not have. 

I had nor do I have any intentions of purchasing more bottles from this company. Even if I did I wouldn't be ordering them this quckly. This incident will continue to cause  detriment to my account if not reversed and canceled.
