My system hass been down since Monday afternoon (I think) with no warning at all.  My clients and referral partners can't login for the portal I paid THOUSANDS for!

I'm adding my comment to a very old post. I used Mike's software roughly 10 years ago and canceled before the 30 day trial period expired. When I canceled, I advised DisputeSuite that they did not need to reimburse my monthly membership fee, simply because of the information I received and the weekly webinars provided by Mike, with a wealth of knowledge, at no cost to the public. Despite my offer, Mike still reimbursed my fee (which I was happy to pay). This is not the behavior of a scam artist but a very rare quality that increased my respect for the man.

No matter what business you're in, when you deal with thousands of consumers (no matter how honestly and ethically you perform), there will almost always be a few that will make baseless and frivolous accusations, simply because you're dealing with so many people. To my knowledge Mike sold DisputeSuite and is doing other things, but I wanted to provide this post because complaints on this board (even this one which is almost a decade old) are permanent, and can tarnish the reputation of both good and bad actors. In short... Mike is a man of integrity.
