WOZO.com is a scam. For the trial period, they will not cancel your membership even you requested it. It's like AOL. This company will not contact you at all and will start charging you $29.99 membership fee. And then they will NOT provide you a membership account, no log-in information, no password, nothing. How can you be a member of something when you are not provided any of these but they will charge you and call it a membership.

The person who commented something good must be one of their employee. Just look at that comment, it's a total sales pitch. Their customer service is a nightmare and totally rude, they just hang up on you while you're talking. Their website says their toll free number is available 24-7 for 365 days a year. That is total crap, all they're going is "I'm sorry, I couldn't help you with that, please call back on Monday to Friday on business hours." Then when you call at that time, they will respond with "Ohh I'm sorry, you need to contact the billing department," but they won't transfer you there. All of their clerks will just ask your email address because they don't want to talk to you. Total crappy customer service.

I want to set the record straight. It bothers me that my character and name has been defamed by a company I once worked for.

I did start out working with the company before its business practices became unprofessional, and only when the business practice was legit. The company later took a turn for the worse when the owner Lin Miao became greedy and decided to change procedures and conditions. That is when I left the position of Customer Serivce for the company. However, it turned out that Lin Miao had the new customer support agent continue to respond to customer emails with my personal email signature in it. This has caused my name to be shown on this site and possibly others under the company Wozo.com.

I truely feel sorry for those who fell victim to this company. Its a good thing Lin Miao's company went out of business so he can't continue to rob innocent people.
