I was also ripped off my this company back in 2005. I received a letter in the mail from the California FBI, saying that this person would not be prosecuted. Instead they deported the individual. If you made a complaint with the Better Business Bearu. You should have been notified, but you can check with the FBI in california. I would have preferred to get my money back, but at least this thief won't be able to scam anyone again.
