Placed an order on-line on Decemner 19/2010.
It is now March 21/2011.
A partial order sent but I was chanrged for the full order.
The portion that did arrive, came 5 weeks after order was placed.
Contacted Maurice via phone after 6 weeks and was disconnected while on hold.
When I attempted to call back the number was forwarded to another and went straight to voice mail. Left message.
Contacted a second time with identical results the following week.
Conted via phone a third time (on a Friday) and was told the item would ship in 2 days (Monday).
Waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived.
Started contacting via e-mail so I had a log.
Sent e-mail requesting refund and was asked me for information he already knew. At this point he was stalling.
He indicated a refund would be issued.
No refund.
Sent e-mail requesting refund.
Was told the item shipped today.
Asked for tracking number and advised I wanted a refund. I would send back the items if they ever arrived.
No tracking number. No response.
Sent an e-mail requesting a refund.
No response.
Created a report on the BBB website. There are many for the same and similar issues.
Created a report on the NC consumer report site.
Contacted the websites registration company who provided the sites hosting company.
Contacted the websites hosting company.
Contacted a local newspaper I found in Wake Forrest.
Contacted the local police tip line for cyber crime.
Contacted a popular internet search engine (guess) company.
Creating as many reports on this fraudulant business as I can so others are not taken in.

All positive. We got our football jerseys back from outsourcing to Eastern Lettering. The organization that ordered them through us was so grateful. The stitching was great and the numbers/letters were the same quality that we expected. We were awarded the contract to service their jerseys now. What a great job and it paid off for us. Expect continued business from us.

Everything this customer has stated is 100% true because it is all happening to me right now! So far, I have waited since August 25, 2011 to receive my order (#6778). I have been getting the run around just like the previous customer. They did answer the phone once. They put me on hold for ten minutes, then hung up on me. I called back and no one answered. I have never been able to get ahold of anyone since. They responded to my emails, saying that it was late being shipped but should be here by the weekend. I asked for just the shipping fee to be refunded with no response. It's the weekend. No package. I asked for a tracking number (as all legit online stores provide) and they have yet to give me one. This is cyber theft any way you cut it. I plan on notifying BBB next, and calling my family in Winston-Salem, NC to track down this company where I plan to serve them with legal action if this matter is not resolve in a timely manner.

I honestly cannot comprehend the audacity that Eastern Lettering has in coming here to respond.
You have my order number. I gave it to you on 3 occasions over the phone right before you put on me on hold and disconnected the call. It's the same order number I e-mailed you. It's the same order number you said you shipped on 2 separate occasions now but could not provide tracking info for either. It's the same order number you eventually emailed me that a refund would be no problem. Guess what, still no refund or merchandise. Gosh golly, I wonder whatever could be the problem? Still have no idea? Here's a clue, you're ripping people off.
